This Technical Specification describes a procedure for determining the ability of a curing compound to prevent the evaporation of water from young concrete when applied immediately after the bleed water has evaporated. NOTE The procedure involves application to a horizontal surface; it may not be applicable for use on vertical or sloping surfaces.
