Scope: This standard specifies the general requirements for clean production for soda ash production enterprises. This standard is applicable to the cleaner production audit and the judgment of cleaner production potential and opportunities, cleaner production performance assessment and cleaner production performance announcement system of ammonia-alkali process soda ash production enterprises and combined ammonia-alkali process soda ash production enterprises. It is also applicable to environmental impact assessment and pollution discharge permit. certification and other environmental management systems. This standard does not apply to branch plants (workshops) such as ammonia synthesis and thermoelectricity of the above-mentioned enterprises, nor does it include branch plants (workshops) for downstream products such as baking soda and calcium chloride.
