This standard specifies the characteristics, coating method, surface condition and minimum thickness of the cement mortar lining of ductile iron pipes (hereinafter referred to as ductile iron pipes) and pipe fittings. This standard applies to linings that improve the hydraulic properties (compared with unlined ductile iron pipes and fittings) and anti-corrosion properties of ductile iron pipes and fittings, and also gives special requirements for the lining of partially full-flow artesian sewage pipes. This standard is also applicable to the inner lining for transporting special corrosive liquids. At this time, the following methods can be used alone or in combination: ——Increase the thickness of the inner lining; ——Change the type of cement; ——Add a coating to the inner lining.
