Scope
Sets out a method for the determination of minimum oxygen concentration in an upward flowing mixture of oxygen and nitrogen that will just support flame propagation. The method is applicable to physically self-supporting plastics, cellular plastics (flexible or rigid), and film or thin sheet. A statistical method is used in the determination of the end point.
