- This standard specifies the general requirements, special requirements and inspection methods for external protrusions of category M1 vehicles in GB/T 15089-2001. This standard is applicable to the external projections of vehicles of category M1. This standard is applicable to both stopped and running vehicles, but does not apply to exterior rearview mirrors, nor does it apply to towing devices.
