- This standard specifies the method and result expression method for evaluating the stray light characteristics of optical and electro-optical imaging systems and the measurement of stray light coefficient and stray light distribution function by means of stray light coefficient and stray light distribution function. This standard applies to optical systems used in the visible spectral region, and can be used as a reference for systems used in adjacent spectral regions.
