GB/T 24339.2-2009 Railway application.Communication, signalling and processing systems.Part 2:Safety-related communication in open transmission systems (English Version)
This part of GB/T 24339 specifies the basic requirements for safety-related communication between safety-related equipment connected to an open transmission system. Specifications for safety-related electronic systems and their safety requirements for communication using open transmission systems in order to achieve a specified Safety Integrity Level (SIL). The safety requirements specification is a prerequisite for safety arguments of safety-related electronic systems, and the evidence required for safety arguments (including quality management and safety management, etc.) is specified in EN 50129:2003. The subject of this section is the requirements for functional and technical safety arguments related to communication. The nature and behavior of an open transmission system are only used to define characteristics, not for security. Therefore, from a security point of view, an open transmission system can contain any characteristics, such as various transmission methods, message storage, illegal access, etc. , the security process can only depend on various properties, which must be stated in the security argument. This section does not apply to existing systems that have been adopted prior to the promulgation of this section. This section does not specify: - open transmission systems; - equipment connected to open transmission systems; - solutions (such as: interoperability); - the definition of security-related data.
