This standard specifies the content depth requirements for the primary and secondary parts of the design of access systems for large hydro and thermal power plants. This standard is applicable to the design of access systems for large hydro and thermal power plants with voltage levels of 220kV and above. The design of the access system for small and medium-sized hydro and thermal power plants of other voltage levels shall be implemented as a reference, and the content may be reduced as appropriate.
