- This standard specifies the acceptance technical requirements and test methods for powdered ion exchange resins used for water treatment in thermal power plants. This standard is applicable to the acceptance of powdered strongly acidic cation exchange resins and powdered strongly alkaline anion exchange resins for water treatment in thermal power plants, as well as to the acceptance of mixed powdered ion exchange resins in different proportions.
