Scope: This standard specifies the basic technical conditions for automatic testing and real-time simulation devices of hydraulic turbine regulating systems (hereinafter referred to as devices). The device can be composed of a hydraulic turbine regulating system automatic test system (hereinafter referred to as the test system) and a hydraulic turbine real-time simulation system (hereinafter referred to as the simulation system). This standard is applicable to the design and manufacture of automatic testing and real-time simulation devices for the regulating systems of Francis and axial flow rotor turbines in hydropower stations. The automatic testing and real-time simulation device of the hydraulic turbine speed regulating system that complies with the provisions of this standard can be used for factory acceptance and on-site acceptance testing of the hydraulic turbine regulating system.
