Scope: This Recommendation is aimed at forming a framework for the following Recommendations on traffk measurement and evaluation. The objective is also to give a general understanding of the use of trafk measurements, thus to give some guidance on the E-Series Recommendations on application of traffk data in planning and operating a telecommunication network.
