- This standard specifies the classification and technical requirements for food contact materials - inorganic non-metallic materials. Sampling, inspection, compliance determination and failure points. This standard applies to inorganic non-metallic materials that are expected to come into contact with food or have been in contact with food for imported and exported finished products. The inspection and supervision work includes ceramics (daily-use porcelain, torches and pottery, hereinafter referred to as ceramics), glass and ceramic products.
