Scope

This Recommendation details the provisions applicable to leased international (continental and intercontinental) sound- and television-programme circuits and associated control circuits for private service. The provisions of this Recommendation should be applied in conjunction with ITU-T Rec. D.1, except where specifically stated otherwise.
