- This part of GB/T 14480 specifies the performance of general eddy current testing systems and provides performance measurement and testing methods. Allows a clear and detailed description and comparison of eddy current inspection equipment to evaluate inspection system performance. For specialized applications, a consistent and effective eddy current testing system can be designed by selecting system performance. When using auxiliary equipment, the principles of this part of GB/T 14480 should be applied for characterization. This section does not give performance test indicators or acceptance criteria. These contents are given in the application technical documents.
