The World Telecommunication Standardization Assembly (Johannesburg, 2008), considering that No.189 of the ITU Convention provides for the establishment of study groups of the ITU Telecommunication Standardization Sector (ITU-T); that No. 192 of the Convention and other related provisions indicate the nature of the work of the study groups; that provisions for the Telecommunication Standardization Advisory Group (TSAG) have been incorporated in Article 14A of the Convention.
