Scope

This standard is applicable to the design and construction of existing buildings that require seismic reinforcement after seismic appraisal in areas with a seismic fortification intensity of 6 to 9 degrees. Ancient buildings and buildings with special industry requirements should be designed and constructed according to special regulations for seismic reinforcement.
