- This standard specifies the safety requirements and test methods for caps and end caps of pen products for import and export. This standard applies to pen caps or nib end caps on writing and marking pen stationery designed or expressly intended for use by children under the age of 14. This standard does not apply to the following products or parts: writing and marking pens, etc., which are not designed or expressly intended for use by children under the age of 14, such as jewelry pens, expensive fountain pens, professional technical pens, etc.; caps and end caps for replacement refills ; Pen end eraser and its protective cap.
