Scope: This standard specifies the basic methods and technical requirements for regular inspection and evaluation of carbon fiber fully wound aluminum alloy liner composite gas cylinders (hereinafter referred to as: composite gas cylinders) for respirators. This standard applies to portable composite gas cylinders with a nominal water volume of no more than 12 L, a nominal working pressure of no more than 30 MPa, used for filling breathing gas, a service temperature range of -40 °C to 60 °C, and refillable gas cylinders. This standard does not apply to composite gas cylinders for vehicles.
