GB/T 24148.6-2009
Scope
This part of GB/T 24148 specifies the method for determining the reactivity of unsaturated polyester resins. - When the solution of unsaturated polyester resin and initiator is heated in an oil bath at 130°C, the time required for the temperature of the resin to rise. From 80°C to 140°C. From 80°C to maximum temperature. - The maximum temperature reached by the reaction. - The speed of the reaction can be expressed by the tangent value at the inflection point of the temperature-time curve obtained experimentally. This method is especially suitable for the determination of unsaturated polyester resins whose molding temperature exceeds 100°C.
