Scope: This standard specifies the basic methods and technical requirements for periodic inspection and evaluation of station-use compressed natural gas cylinders (hereinafter referred to as cylinders). This standard applies to gas storage cylinders for compressed natural gas charging stations with a nominal working pressure of 25 MPa, a nominal volume of 50 L to 200 L, and an ambient temperature of -40 °C to 60 °C. Steel cylinders with a nominal volume less than 50 L can refer to this standard.
