- This standard specifies the technical requirements and test methods for the wired headphone interface of mobile communication handsets (hereinafter referred to as mobile phones), including the physical structure, connection definition, marking, mechanical performance, safety protection performance, electrical performance and environmental adaptability of the interface. This standard applies to the wired headset interface of mobile communication handsets and the wired headset and interface conversion devices connected to it. Other audio playback devices can refer to this implementation. This standard does not apply to the wired headphone interface of digital transmission mode for mobile communication handsets.
