Scope: This part of GB/T 8910 specifies the basic technical requirements for vibration measurement of hand-held portable power tool handles. This section applies to the vibration measurement of the handle part of the hand-held portable power tool. This section is not applicable to assess the vibration felt by the human body. GB/T 14790 gives the measurement and assessment of the hand-transmitted vibration felt by the human body in the workplace.
