This section builds a general framework for the structure and content of common objects. These structures and contents are used to construct data for, or are referenced by, other data objects in the patient health card. However, it does not stipulate or give mandatory specific data sets for storage in the device. This section is applicable to recording or transmitting patient health card data. These data can be stored in cards that comply with the physical size requirements of ID-1 cards in GB/T 14916. The detailed functions and mechanisms of the following services are outside the scope of this Part (even if its structure allows the use of suitable data objects specified elsewhere):
——encoding of free-text data;
——security that can be specified by the data card user in accordance with the specific application Functions and related services, such as confidentiality protection, data integrity protection, and identification of individuals and devices related to these functions; ... access control services that rely on certain data card types, such as microprocessor cards;
——initialization and release process (indicates the beginning of the personal data card's work cycle and prepares the data card for the transfer of data consistent with the requirements of this part to it in subsequent communications). Therefore, the following are outside the scope of this standard:
——the physical or logical solution for the actual functionality of a particular type of data card;
——how messages between the two system interfaces are handled;
——the location of data external to the data card The format used and the manner in which such data is clearly expressed on a data card or elsewhere.
