Scope

This specification covers requirements for disposable pocket and disposable panel filters that are intended for use in air-conditioning and general ventilation systems in order to remove particulate matter from the air, and that have air flow rates of at least 0,236 m3/s (850 m3/h) . 2 This specification does not cover roll filters nor does it cover flammability requirements.
