Scope

This Recommendation defines the guidelines which may be considered by ROAS or service providers in supporting the communication of documents using Group 3 facsimile.The communication of documents using Group 3 facsimile enables users to exchange documents either manually or automatically via telecommunication nehvorks across international boundaries.
