Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, transportation and storage of metal-faced thermal insulation sandwich panels for construction (hereinafter referred to as "sandwich panels"). This standard is applicable to sandwich panels for industrial and civil building exterior walls, partition walls, roofs and ceilings produced in factory. Other sandwich panels can also be used with reference to this standard.
