- This part of GB/T 23720 specifies the basic training requirements for trainee crane drivers, as well as the knowledge necessary for crane drivers to master basic operating skills and use these skills correctly. This part formulates the general training plan for drivers to carry out special training related to various types of cranes (such as tower cranes, mobile cranes, etc.). This section assumes that the trainee has no previous practical experience in crane operation. This standard does not prescribe any method for evaluating the ability or proficiency of trainees.
