- This part of GB/T 23713 provides guidance for the development of the forecasting process, which aims to: - enable users and manufacturers of condition monitoring and diagnostic systems to share general concepts in the field of machine failure prediction; - enable users to determine the required data, characteristics and necessary performance to obtain accurate forecasts; outlines a general approach to forecast development; introduces the concept of forecasting to facilitate future system development and training.
