Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection methods, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of inspection rules for Longxi Koutiao products. This standard applies to Longxi’s unique meat products that are made from fresh pig tongue, horse tongue, and donkey tongue as raw materials, added with various auxiliary materials, and processed through pickling, sauce brine, bag sterilization and other processes.
