Scope
This standard specifies the production environment conditions, building requirements, sanitary conditions, sanitary disinfection, pre- and post-slaughter sanitary inspection, meat storage, waste treatment, data records, etc. in the poultry slaughtering and quarantine of Grade A green livestock products in Zhangye City Guidelines that should be followed in all aspects of poultry slaughtering and slaughter quarantine inspection. This standard applies to the production of Class A green livestock products and poultry slaughterhouses within the jurisdiction of Zhangye City.
