Scope

This regulation is formulated in order to rationally apply concrete small hollow blocks and lightweight aggregate concrete small hollow blocks, promote wall reform and effectively utilize industrial waste, improve the economic and social benefits of construction, and ensure project quality. This regulation applies to general industrial and civil buildings using blocks as wall materials.
