Scope

This standard stipulates the requirements for writing rules and standards for the determination of inferior products (commodities) and the principles, basis and requirements for the determination of inferior products (commodities). This standard is applicable to the preparation of judgment rules for various types of inferior products (commodities); it is also applicable to the determination of inferior products (commodities) (hereinafter referred to as inferior products). It does not apply to products (commercial products) whose product standards have regulations on waste products and inferior products.
