Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels, packaging, transportation and storage of frozen vannamei products. This standard applies to cultured white shrimp (Penaeus vannamei) as raw material. Processed frozen head-on shrimps, frozen headless shrimps, and frozen shrimps.
