Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of Xiaogan sesame candy. This standard applies to flaky sesame candy made from Xiaogan cannuo, sesame, and white sugar as the main raw materials through specific processing. It also applies to colored sesame candy made with the addition of nuts, cream, osmanthus and other auxiliary materials.
