Scope

This standard specifies the organization, responsibilities, acceptance, management content and requirements for the operation and management of Hubei power grid relay protection and safety automatic devices. Applicable to systems within the jurisdiction of Hubei Electric Power Dispatch Center. According to the document No. 11 of the former Ministry of Water Resources and Electric Power (82) Hydropower. Based on the actual situation of Hubei Power Grid, the "Hubei Provincial Electric Power Industry Bureau Relay Protection and Safety Automatic Device Operation Management Regulations" was revised to form this specification.
