Scope

This standard specifies the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method for the determination of diazepam in feed. This standard is applicable to the rapid screening of diazepam in compound feeds, concentrated feeds and additive premixed feeds. The lowest limit of quantitation of this method is 1mg/kg. This method is suitable for screening samples. Those with positive test results need to be further confirmed by other methods.
