- This standard specifies the thin-layer chromatography and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay methods for zearalenone (zearalenone, hereinafter referred to as ZEN). This standard applies to the determination of ZEN in compound feed and feed grain raw materials. The minimum detection amount of TLC method is 20 n9, and the minimum detection amount of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method is 0.25 n9.
