Scope
This regulation stipulates the yield components of high-yield cultivation methods such as rice dry-nursing and sparse planting (seedling transplanting), rice direct seeding (drill sowing), dry land water pipe and other high-yield cultivation methods, as well as operation techniques such as seedling cultivation, land preparation, fertilization, transplanting, drill sowing, dry land direct seeding and Honda management. This procedure is applicable to rice farming areas in the alpine and cold areas of Inner Mongolia where the frost-free period is 100 to 135 days and the effective accumulated temperature is 1900 to 2500°C or greater than 10°C.
