Scope
This standard specifies the definition and terminology, audit content, audit procedures, result judgment and follow-up audit of the HACCP system audit guidelines for vegetable processing enterprises. This standard is applicable to the review of the HACCP system of export processing enterprises of frozen vegetables, air dry vegetables and frozen dry vegetables. Domestic trade enterprises can refer to the implementation.
