- This standard specifies the requirements for materials, manufacturing, inspection and acceptance of urea high-pressure condensers in urea plants. This standard is applicable to the urea lining structure of ultra-low carbon urea grade austenitic stainless steel (hereinafter referred to as urea grade stainless steel) whose shell side design pressure is not greater than 1.26Mpa, tube side design pressure is not greater than 16.2Mpa, and design temperature is not higher than 200°C. High-pressure condenser (hereinafter referred to as condenser).
