This standard was proposed by Zhangjiakou Xuanhua Grape Research Institute. This standard was drafted by: Zhangjiakou Xuanhua Grape Research Institute, Hebei Standardization Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard: Zhang Xiaorong, Li Xiaoqing, Chen Shihong, and Zhang Wu.
