- This standard was proposed by the Baoding Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision. This standard was drafted by: Tang County Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, Tang County Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Bureau Technical Station. The main drafters of this standard: Zhang Zhanshan, Zhou Jiujiang, Zhang Kunying, Hou Xingxue, Chen Tongfu, Zhu Yan, Xu Xingqin. The wooden standard stipulates the production environment, cultivation substrate (i.e. culture material) and production technology and management measures of white mushrooms, and is suitable for the production of pollution-free white mushrooms.
