- Appendix A of this standard is an informative appendix. This standard is proposed and administered by the Hebei Provincial Department of Transportation. This standard was drafted by: Hebei Provincial Department of Transportation Highway Administration, Hebei Provincial Road Structure and Materials Engineering Technology Research Center. The main drafters of this standard: Wang Guoqing, Wang Qingkai, Wang Lianfang, Du Qunle, Liu Guijun, Ma Lifeng. This standard specifies the technical indicators of raw materials, mix ratio design, construction technology, penetration layer, adhesive layer construction and quality control, acceptance methods and standards for hot mix asphalt mixture pavement designed by GTM. If there are no provisions in this standard, the provisions of JTG F40-2004 shall apply. This standard applies to the design and construction of asphalt stick aggregates at all levels of new construction and maintenance designed using the GTM method.
