- Appendix A of this standard is a normative appendix. Appendix B of this standard is an informative appendix. This standard is proposed and administered by the Hebei Provincial Department of Agriculture. This standard was drafted by: Millet Research Institute of Hebei Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences, Hebei Pesticide Verification Institute, and Chengde Agricultural Science Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard: Dong Li, Ma Jifang, Xu Youhui, Gao Liqi, Zheng Zhi, Dong Zhiping, Gan Yaojin. This regulation stipulates agricultural, physical, biological and chemical prevention and control technical measures for major pests and diseases in different growth stages of pollution-free millet production. This procedure applies to millet production.
