- Appendix A of this standard is a normative appendix. This standard is proposed and administered by the Hebei Provincial Forestry Bureau. This standard was drafted by: Hebei Province Saihanba Mechanical Forestry Farm. The main drafters of this standard: Liu Haiying, Zhang Hai, Guo Quan, Zhao Yamin, Li Yongdong, Cui Yan, Zhang Lihua, Shao Helin, Long Shuanghong, Zhao Xiangdong. This standard specifies the technical requirements for spruce artificial afforestation seedlings in terms of afforestation methods, afforestation density, land preparation, afforestation seedlings and their handling, planting, tending and management. This standard is mainly applicable to artificial afforestation within the suitable spruce growing area in Hebei Province.
