- Appendix A of this standard is an informative appendix, and Appendix B is a normative appendix. This standard was proposed by the Hebei Provincial Forestry Bureau. This standard was drafted by: Hebei Province Saihanba Mechanical Forestry Farm. The main drafters of wooden standards: Liu Haiying, Zhang Hai, Liu Chunyan, Liu Guoquan, Li Yongdong, Cui Yan, Zhang Lihua, Shao Helin, Long Shuanghong. This standard specifies the technical requirements for the establishment of spruce nurseries, soil management, sowing, seedling management, nursery emergence and container transplant seedling cultivation. This standard applies to the production operations of field seedlings in spruce suitable areas in Hebei Province.
