Scope
Appendix A, Appendix B, Appendix C and Appendix D of this standard are normative appendices. Wood standards are proposed by Xingtai Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision. This standard was drafted by: Xingtai Fiber Inspection Institute, Xingtai Textile Fiber Association. The main drafters of this standard: Feng Xinjie, Liu Hong, Yin Xiaoyan, Wang Yanhui, Huang Lihua, Li Zhencai. This standard specifies the basic conditions, yield structure, sowing, field management, picking, seed cotton drying, grading and storage of high-quality cotton production. This standard applies to the production of spring-sown cotton in the cotton-producing areas of central and southern Hebei Province.
