- This standard was proposed by the Hebei Provincial Animal Husbandry Bureau. This standard was drafted by: Cangzhou Forage Industry Association. The main drafters of this standard: Chen Yusheng, Wang Yiqing, Liu Minying, Liu Qingzhen, Sun Shichen, Gu Junping, Wang Hangming. This standard specifies site selection, soil preparation, seed preparation and handling, sowing, field management, pest and disease control, harvesting, hay preparation and processing, quality grading and hay storage in alfalfa cultivation. This standard applies to the production and processing of alfalfa.
