Appendix A of this section is an informative document. This part is proposed by the Hebei Provincial Department of Agriculture. This section was drafted by: Hebei Provincial Plant Protection Station, Anguo City Plant Protection Station. The main drafters of this section: Yang Yanjie, Xie Xinling, Chen Yanting, Tian Li, Li Tongzeng, Tian Wei, Wang Jing. This part stipulates the environmental conditions, cultivation techniques, fertilization methods, pest control and supporting field management measures for pollution-free Huangmi field production. This section applies to the open-field Huangmi pollution-free field production process in Hebei Province.
