Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of the food additive benzene peroxide flour whitener. This standard applies to food-grade benzene peroxide as the main raw material. Supplemented with edible starch, the food additive benzene peroxide is scientifically blended as a flour whitening agent.
